Capt. Frank Camarda
Captain Frank Camarda owner of the Miss Beach Haven began his career as a young mate fishing with his father in Tuckerton N.J. He has performed all aspects of virtually every job performed aboard various types of fishing vessels during his 30 years of experience.
Captain Frank has a degree in electronics engineering to which he applied his knowledge in assisting with the wiring of the newly constructed vessel as well as the day to day operations and daily ships maintenance. His specialty includes wreck fishing and black fishing in the spring and fall, and enjoys fishing with his weekend friends.
Captain Frank and Captain Brant continue to oversee every trip of the Miss Beach Haven in addition to managing the details of the business itself.
Capt. Brant Whittaker
Captain Brant Whittaker of the "new" and "improved" Miss Beach Haven, has been a South Jersey boat captain a little less than 10 years. His love of fishing, people and a new boat make him the guy to fish with. If the fish are around he finds them!
"I love to Blackfish" Brant says, "with a little patience and a lot of bait I have hauled in a few nice ones over the years". But the ultimate is tuna fishing. This new boat was built for offshore trips. Plenty of room to fight a fish all night long.
So bring the family for a day or half day, or plan an offshore adventure with myself or Captain Frank.

About the BoatThe Miss Beach Haven was built down on the eastern shores of Maryland by a company named Chesapeake Boats. I took delivery on May 10th 2006. Her overall length is 80 feet, with beam of 20 feet. This vessel is powered by twin MTU 600Hp diesel engines giving her a cruise speed of 18kts. The cold mold construction makes for a most comfortable, quiet and smooth ride. There is a spacious cabin with plenty of seating room and a complete snackbar with treats for all. The Miss Beach Haven Is equipped with state of the art electronics and fishing equipment to insure a safe trip for your family. A successful and safe fishing trip is our goal.
